We aimed for a bright California-modern feel, clean whites, warm wood tones, and black accents—anchored by a statement bookmatched stone fireplace.

We opened up the main living areas and added skylights and larger glazing to bring more daylight in and create a smooth flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces.

3. Final Touches

Wide-plank floors, sleek cabinetry, and layered lighting keep the home minimal but warm, while the bathrooms add a spa finish with large-format tile and a floating vanity.
